Thanks for booking travel in Concur using Corporate Travel Management. Now that you have booked your travel, below are some considerations to help you prepare for your trip and your post-trip expense report.
Do I have my TWU Travel Card? Is it activated? Have I created a PIN for the card?
Call the number on the back of your TWU Travel Card to activate your card and create your PIN.
Have I downloaded the SAP Concur app on my phone?
The SAP Concur app is available for free download in the Apple, Blackberry, Android, or Microsoft app store.
Did I verify my email in Concur to activate E-Receipts and to enable the saving of receipts in Concur with a photo?

How do I book a hotel that is designated as a preferred location at a preferred rate for a conference?
You will need to use your TWU Travel Card to book the hotel using the link provided by the conference.
