Heads up: the “Great Colleges to Work For” survey

Dear Texas Woman’s Colleagues,

The Chronicle of Higher Education partners with ModernThink to administer the Great Colleges to Work For survey each year. The survey period began March 7 and ends at midnight on April 1, 2022 (ModernThink, not Texas Woman’s, chose this timeframe). ModernThink uses a random sample from the faculty and staff.

I believe that the culture at Texas Woman’s lends itself to making a national mark as a great college to work for. Many of the initiatives championed by the Faculty Senate, Staff Council, and administration are building on our strengths. Despite the current higher education landscape, our strides forward with enrollment and student success are strong indicators of your great work.

I encourage you to take the survey at your earliest convenience, better ensuring a meaningful response rate, which reached an all-time high last year of 47.5 percent. What matters most to me is hearing every voice, so I want to try and close out our five-year strategic plan with the highest response rate yet on this key performance indicator.
