As a transfer student, you may be admitted under one of the two following categories: Assured Admission or Regular Admission.

Assured Admission

  • A cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale on all transferable college work*
  • In good standing with the previous institution(s)

Associate of Applied Science or equivalent degrees are not automatically admissible but may meet regular transfer admission criteria for specific programs.

*All grades, including F's, will be considered for calculation of GPA to determine admission. Several departments have higher grade point average requirements for enrollment in advanced or upper-division coursework.

*All grades, including F's, will be considered for calculation of GPA to determine admission. Several departments have higher grade point average requirements for enrollment in advanced or upper-division coursework. Developmental coursework is not transferable.
