The TWU website is managed according to the following model:
- Webspinners - publish, edit, and maintain the websites for their department, school, or college
- Web Content Experts - manage the content for their department, school, or college websites
- TWU Web Team - support webspinners and web content experts. Specific services are listed below.
Web Team Services
- Train and support Webspinners in the use of RedDot, the web management system (WMS)
- Train and support Webspinners in the best practices for writing and presenting website content
- Consult with webspinners and Web content experts on website design and accessibility
- Analyze website statistics to improve performance and usability
- Provide general website support via phone, email, or face to face
- Administer Web server and WMS
