Profile
Dr. John Calabrese teaches art history courses and has been a member of the faculty since 1981. He is also a successful artist known for detailed pencil drawings inspired from Film Noir classics.

Events and Accomplishments
John Calabrese's works "Heart of the Matter", "Little Girl Lost", "Solar Wind", "The Magnetic Field (Concerto for Emily)" and "This Island Earth" have been selected for the “14th Annual Painting, Drawing, Photography & Print Juried Online International Art Exhibition” presented by Upstream People Gallery. The exhibition will debut worldwide on November 1, 2012 at www.UpstreamPeopleGallery.com.

Dr. John Calabrese was accepted into the 500XPO 2012 at 500X Gallery in Dallas, Texas. The exhibition was juried by Aaron Parazette, nationally known artist from Houston, TX.
