Students who wish to study graphic design are required to make an appointment with their advisor prior to registering for classes for the first time. You must bring to your first Advising Appointment: Printed Degree Plan and Recommended Sequence of Courses (completed to the best of your ability). After the first semester, students will attend 'Advisathon' during Week 8 of each semester to stay informed about their degree requirements and degree plan.

Minor in Graphic Design

Eighteen (18) hours of graphic design classes are required to complete a Minor in Graphic Design. Listed below is the recommended sequence of courses. The Minor Declaration Form must be approved and signed by the student's minor advisor, and then submitted to the student's major advisor and the Registrar.

Cooperative Education (Internship) courses illustrate a growing and successful part of the graphic design curriculum developed through an active partnership with TWU Center for Student Excellence, continued relationships with both on-campus and off-campus employers and early professional practice instruction for students.
