TWU presents forum on “Privacy in the Digital Age”

DENTON
— Texas Woman’s University faculty and staff will
present a public affairs forum on “Privacy in the Digital
Age” on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
TWU’s
College of Arts and Sciences is presenting the event, which
is free and open to the public. The talk will take place from
2:30 to 4 p.m. in room 204 of the Classroom Faculty Office
(CFO) building on TWU’s Denton campus. For a map of

Dr.
Pushkala Raman, TWU assistant professor of management, will
discuss the privacy of consumer information in the digital
age. Jean Mankoff, TWU director of instructional technology
delivery systems, will speak on managing social media risks
on social networks like Facebook. Dennis Hoebee, TWU manager
of security and disaster recovery, will speak on information
security. A question and answer session will follow the presentations.
