TWU offers community music classes

DENTON — Area residents interested in music lessons for themselves or their children have a variety of opportunities through Texas Woman’s University’s Community Music Classes.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 8. Classes begin the week of Sept. 14. For more information, visit www.twu.edu/ce/Community-Music.asp or call the TWU Office of Lifelong Learning at (940) 898-3408.
Private and group lessons are offered on piano and guitar, and adaptive lessons are offered on piano. Private lessons also are available for organ, clarinet, flute, voice, horn trumpet, euphonium, trombone, tuba, cello and bass. Most lessons are offered on a 12-week basis. Tuition ranges from $125 to $875.
