TWU hosts College Connection at Collin College Spring Creek

— DENTON – Texas Woman’s University will
host its first “College Connection” information
session for prospective students on Wednesday, April 1, from
5 to 8 p.m. at Collin College’s Spring Creek Campus
in Plano.
This event is open
to anyone interested in learning about TWU and its various
programs. Graduates of any accredited community college or
anyone with some college credit are encouraged to attend.
Prospective students who attend the event will receive a $30
application fee award to apply to TWU.
Information sessions
are scheduled intermittently from 5 to 8 p.m., and attendees
are welcome to stop by at any time to receive information
about TWU’s academic departments and student services.
Students can attend sessions on admissions and financial aid,
meet with advisers and faculty, receive sample degree plans
and learn more about TWU services tailored to commuter students.
TWU’s “College
Connection” will be held in the Conference Center at
Collin College’s Spring Creek campus, located at 2800
E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. Free parking is available
for the event.
