  • Top photo - 2.25 inches (h) by 1.5 inches (w)
  • Middle photo - 2 inches (h) by 1.5 inches (w)
  • Bottom photo - 2 inches (h) by 1.5 inches (w)

4. Click on the photo you wish to replace. Press the "Delete" button.

5. To insert a new photo, click on "Insert" on the Menu (upper left between "View" and "Format") and select "Picture" and then to the right to choose "From File."

5. Select the picture you wish to replace. Click here for some photos from Marketing and Communication or use your own. REMEMBER TO SIZE YOUR PHOTOS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED HERE.

6. Once the photo is inserted in PowerPoint, select the photo and move it to the left, so it is placed in the empty space where you deleted the origninal photo.

7. Once you have inserted your three photos, click on "View" again and select "Normal." You can now add text and additional graphics to your presentation.

8. Click here to read PowerPoint's instructions for inserting photos into presentations.
