Profile

Prior to joining the faculty of TWU in January, 1973, Dr. Wiebe served as a secondary teacher and school psychologist at the Menninger Foundation in Topeka, Kansas. While a member of the faculty at TWU, Dr. Wiebe has served as Department Chair, and Dean of the College from 1989 until 2000.

Dr. Wiebe’s research interests include assessment and evaluation strategies with a new focus on development and evaluation of on-line instruction. Dr. Wiebe was a field editor and research assistant in the second revision of the Woodcock-Johnson Psychoeducational Battery.
