Sliding scale fees

We offer a sliding scale for clients who have documented financial need. Thorough and consistent guidelines for the sliding scale ensure all clients are treated fairly. Family income documentation, such as federal income tax return, must be included with your application. Child support payments are considered income for this subsidy. A personalized payment plan can be arranged to meet family financial needs.
