| Description of research activities: Most of my research/scholarly activities have been in the area of child & adolescent health. I am very interested in the prevention of risk behaviors in children and adolescents, which includes, but is not limited to, body image awareness and eating disorder prevention and childhood obesity prevention. I am working to expand my research activities to include health literacy plus health communication and health promotion for Deaf adolescents. I welcome collaborative opportunities! | |
