| Description of research activities: Dr. Golden’s areas of professional interests focus on the leadership and management of libraries. More specifically, Dr. Golden's research path concerns factors and strategies related to career development success for library emerging leaders. Dr. Golden's interests also include succession planning, employee retention strategies, the mentoring process, and the applicability of the Enneagram. Tied to this is Dr. Golden's work with the American Library Association relative to the Emerging Leaders Program and diversity in the mentoring process. | |
