Special Accomodations

STUDENTS

If you will need specific accommodations (sign language interpreters, escorts, or accessible seating, etc.) for the ceremony, you may indicate this when you complete your Application for Graduation.  Should you need to update this information, please contact Disability Support Services office at 940-898-3835 or dss@twu.edu at least one week prior to the commencement ceremonies. 

GUESTS

Guests with Disabilities: We have floor seating appropriate for individuals with disabilities and staff at each entrance to the arena will be available to assist these guests with seating accommodations.  Guests with disabilities may be dropped off at the North entrance to Pioneer Hall.

State Mandated Immunization Requirement

Effective January 1, 2012, Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis.

Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register for courses until a valid immunization record or exemption document has been provided to the Office of the Registrar or the Office of Admissions Processing
