Undergraduate Tuition Rates Reflecting Recent Legislation
At the February 24, 2006 meeting of the Board of Regents of the Texas Woman's University, the Board approved a motion to charge undergraduate resident students the non-resident tuition amounts for credit hours attempted that exceed by at least 30 hours the number of semester credit hours required for completion of the degree program in which the student is enrolled, as reflected in Section 61.0595 of the Texas Education Code.
At the February 20, 2009 meeting of the Board of Regents of the Texas Woman's University, the Board approved a motion to reduce the charge for undergraduate excess credit hours from the current $281 per semester credit hour to $45 per semester credit hour, effective Fall 2009.
