Article X
Miscellaneous Provisions
Section 1
The Board of Regents may at any regular meeting thereof amend or rescind these Bylaws or any article or section thereof by a majority vote of the Board, provided such proposed amendment or rescission shall have been given in the notice of the meeting.
Section 2
All former Bylaws and all rules, regulations, policies or orders in conflict with these Bylaws are hereby repealed.
