Main Reserve materials are located in Denton at the Circulation Desk (Level 1) of the Main Library (across from the Information Desk). Main Reserve Media and Children’s Reserve are located on the Garden Level at the Circulation Desk.

Reserve materials for Dallas and Houston are located at their individual circulation desks.

Materials on reserve include items that professors have requested for particular courses as well as items that have been put on reserve indefinitely. University budgets and Board of Regents Committee meeting minutes are available at all campus reserve desks.

Reserves checkout is limited to four items at a time and cannot be renewed.

Call numbers for permanent reserve materials can be found by searching the Online Catalog. Using the Reserve Materials button on the Main Search page will also take you to the reserve items. To check out Reserve material, please have the call number that has been assigned to the item in hand.
