Records may only be exported one at a time.
Click on one of the results and choose Download to Citation Manager at the top.
Select RefWorks in the Choose a Citation Manager Format drop down box, and select Download.
Choose Export to Refworks and records will appear in Last Imported Folder.

Conduct search.
Save citations by clicking on the Clipboard option beneath each result.
Click on the Clipboard option (at the top right-hand corner of the screen) to access citations.
Select Citations (BibTeX) format, and choose text.
Click on SaveClip.
Use browser's Save As function and save the file in text format.
Login to RefWorks and select References/Import.
Choose Texas Woman's University as the import filter/data source and then choose BibTeX as the database.
Browse to find the file and click Import.
Records will appear in Last Imported Folder.

Conduct Search.
Check off results and click on the RefWorks icon.
Click on the Export to RefWorks tab and login to RefWorks.

Records will appear in Last Imported Filter.
*Please note that citations found in Ulrich's must be manually entered into RefWorks.

Check off records to be exported.
Choose Marked List option.
Choose Download Citations options, and Export directly into RefWorks option.
Login to RefWorks and citations will be available in Last Imported folder.
*Please note that citations found in African American Biographical Database, Gerritsen Collection, and Webster's must be manually entered into RefWorks.

Conduct search.
Check off results to import and use either Export Selected Citations or Export All Results located at the bottom of the page.
Choose Export Type and File Type and click Go.
Box will pop up. Choose to Save.
Login to RefWorks and select References/Import.
Choose Texas Woman's University as the import filter/data source and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews as the database.
Browse to find the file and click Import.
Records will appear in Last Imported Folder.

Make sure the option to export to RefWorks is checked off in Settings. Search for e-books. Click on RefWorks in the InfoTools bar. Log in to your RefWorks account.
Records will appear in Last Imported Folder.

In your Browser, click on File and select Save As.
Save the file as a text file. Save the file somewhere you can locate it easily (such as on your desktop).
Log in to RefWorks.
Click on Import under the References tab.
Set the Import Filter/Data Source to: Texas Woman’s University.
Set the Database to: BibTeX
Click the option to Import Data from the following Text File and browse the file you just saved.
Click Import and your references will be imported.

Choose Marked Items option.
Choose Email Delivery Options, and email the list to yourself (for some Gale databases you may have to click on each result in order to view email options).
Copy and paste information into a blank document and Save this document as a text document.
Login to RefWorks and select References/Import.
Choose Texas Woman's University as the import filter/data source and Gale Databases as the database.
Browse to find the file and click Import.
Results will appear in Last Imported Folder.

You can export citations directly from your Google Scholar search result list to your RefWorks account, by setting your Google Scholar preferences.
To set this feature up in Google Scholar:
1. From the Google Scholar search page, click on the Scholars Preferences link.
2. Scroll down to the Bibliography Manager section.
3. Select Show Links to Import into and select RefWorks from the drop-down.
4. Click Save Preferences.
To initate a direct export to RefWorks:
1. Conduct your search in Google Scholar
2. Each record displayed will have an Import into RefWorks link. Clicking on the link will launch the RefWorks login page.
3. Once you log in, you are brought automatically to the Edit view of the reference. If you do not wish to edit the record, you can navigate to any other area of RefWorks.
4. Your record is stored in your Last Imported Folder.

Conduct search and check off records to be imported.
Click on Update Marked List.
Choose Bookmarking Options (this link is located on the right-hand side of the screen under Tools), and select Marked List.
Edit your list if necessary.
Choose Export options (also under Tools), and the plain text option.
Use the browser's Save As function and save as text file.
Login to RefWorks and select References/Import.
Choose Texas Woman's University as the import filter/data source and select Ingenta as the database.
Browse to find your file and click Import.

To import citations from the TWU Libraries Catalog into RefWorks, you will need to search the catalog within RefWorks.
Login to your RefWorks account.
Click on Search and select Online Catalog or Database.
Select TWU Libraries Catalog as the Online Catalog or Database to Search.
Enter your search terms and click the search button.
Select the citations you would like to import, select the folder you would like to import them into, and click on the Import button.
