Giving to the Libraries

How to Give...

Online Giving: Monetary Donations

Support for the Libraries is welcome and encouraged. Private support from generous, farsighted donors allows us to support the teaching, research, and service programs of the University by acquiring, organizing, preserving, providing access to and delivering information.
Gifts to the Libraries are also a generous way to honor friends, family, and special individuals.

Book Donations

To inquire about book donations email Kris Reed or contact the Library Administration at 940-898-3767.

Friends of TWU Libraries

Online Form: To Join Friends of the Libraries
The work of the Friends is indispensable to the mission of the Libraries. Donations and membership in the Friends help the Libraries provide staff development, cultural programming, and help the Libraries respond to the challenges of a dynamic curriculum and opportunities created by new technologies.

To join the Friend of the TWU libraries by phone, call us at 940-898-3748 or send a check payable to TWU Friends of the Libraries to:

One of a Kind Donations

Some of the Library's most distinctive and significant collections began with donations from individuals and organizations. The Library will add to its collection materials that support the academic and research programs of the University, including manuscripts, personal papers, art, and organizational records. The materials offered must support the University's academic and research programs or add intrinsic value to the collections. Items not needed for one of the TWU Library collections are either shared with other libraries or are sold in periodic book sales for our new book fund.
