What do I do First?

If you are interested in attending our study aboard program, review our Application Procedures, complete the application forms and bring them to the International Education office for review.

In addition to the study abroad programs, there is also information on internships, working, or volunteering abroad. You will also find helpful travel information such as travel warnings, country descriptions, and passport and visa information. Please inquire about the International Student ID card, which allows you to obtain discounts toward airfares, hotel, and other items while abroad or visiting during the time you are a student. http://www.counciltravel.com/.

Visas

For U.S. citizens, the U.S. Department of State’s Travel.State.Gov web site provides Consular Information Sheets detailing entry and exit requirements for every country.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with the consular or embassy for your destination country in your HOME country.

Passports

Effective February 2009, All persons traveling by air outside of the United States are required to present a passport or other valid travel document to enter or re-enter the United States.
