G-Force Brags

Texas Woman's University G-Force

• Is one of the largest in the state with 45 active mentors.
• Mentored 4,539 students at 16 Go Centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 2011-2012.
• Served over 8,700 Go Program Students and Parents during 2011-2012.
• Recieved the REDBUD Sanctioned "Organization of the Year" award for 5 years in a row.
• TWU Golf Cart Parade winner 4 years in a row (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013).
• TWU G-Force along with LLC raised over $1000 for the Chancellor's Animal Shelter Foundation project.
• TWU G-Force participated in the Texas Guarantee Student Loan Corporation (TG) Statewide Texas Financial Aid Telethon, in which our mentors answered over 20% of the calls from parents and high school students.
• G-Force has been selected by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) to receive 300,000 for the G-Force Mentorship Program.
• TWU has received over $1 Million in externally funded scholarships for G-Force in the past 4 years!
