Hello, my name is Chuck Thetford and I am the technical support staff person for University Housing. I received my degree at The University of North Texas with a major in Business Information Systems and Computer Science. I have held positions as Computer Operator, Computer Programmer, Network Administrator and Systems Engineer.
My primary responsibilities are to support Housing and Residence Life with technology needs. I manage the Housing databases and entry access systems for the Residence Halls. I also help with residence hall student networking issues. Welcome to housing!
