graduatesThe Honors Scholar Program at TWU is one of the ten most selective in the state of Texas with limited enrollment for freshman and transfer students who have completed an honors program at another college or university. It is open to any student from any major, and it stresses, not more course work, but more interesting course work.

In addition to a challenging academic curriculum in the classroom, students have the opportunity to combine academic courses with travel to Europe, attendance at cultural events, and domestic travel to the national honors conference.

Students have won fellowships from Phi Kappa Phi and have been selected for prestigious local, state-wide and national internships, including NASA, the Texas Senate, the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and many more.
