Dr.Anne SelcerDr. Anne Selcer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Healthcare Administration, whose teaching focus is in the Management track of the HCA Program. Prior academic experience was as an adjunct professor for the University of Houston, Concordia University, University of Phoenix, and San Jacinto Community College.  She also served as the Houston Coordinator of Concordia University’s Adult Accelerated Degree Program.

Prior to becoming a full-time professor, Dr. Selcer’s worked for over 25 years in private industry as Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development consultant. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.

Dr. Selcer received her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. At T.W.U., Dr. Selcer teaches Managerial Communications, Organization Theory and Healthcare Management, Organizational Behavior in Healthcare Administration and Leadership and Career Development.
