Host your next tournament or special event 
at the Pioneer Golf Course!

With the convenient location and reasonable pricing, the TWU Pioneer Golf Course is a perfect location for your next special event, fundraiser or group event.     

Tournament information and requirements:

  • Tournaments must be reserved at least 2 months in advance
  • Reservation times are available Monday through Friday.
  • A minimum of 50 players is required for exclusive use of the course.   
  • All tournaments have a shot gun start.  
  • The course will be closed to the public during the event.      
  • Standard golf rules and regulations apply.   

Price may vary and includes 18 holes of golf and 1 cart per 2 golfers.   

How to Set Up a Golf Event at Pioneer Golf Course:

1. Contact Tom Roese for availability and to reserve a date.     
2. Read over the Pioneer Golf Course’s Tournament Policies and Procedures, including the golf course’s Rules of Play.
3. Complete and return the tournament agreement form along with the required deposit.

Special Event Information:

Have an informal group that wants to get together to play golf?  Wedding party, friends or small business?  Consider having your gathering play golf at the Pioneer Golf Course!

  • A special event group has less than 50 players playing together.
  • Special event groups can be scheduled any day of the week.    
  • All participants will begin at hole #1 and proceed in consecutive order.
  • Standard golf rules and regulations will apply.
  • Special event groups will have back to back tee times.
  • Special events must be reserved at least 3 weeks in advance.

Price per Golfer:

Price per golfer will be regular weekend or weekday rates as they apply

How to Set Up a Golf Event at Pioneer Golf Course:

3. Complete and return the special event agreement form along with the required deposit.
