The student orientation fee ($125) covers orientation costs including meals, housing (double room), t-shirt, other program giveaways, and Pioneer Camp activities in August. This fee is included in your bill when you register for classes and cannot be paid prior to orientation.
The parent/guest fee ($40) covers meals and program material for your family members, but does not include lodging. This fee is due at orientation check-in.
For students arriving early or requiring late departure, there is an additional cost of $15/night per person for a double room. These arrangements must be made in advance on the registration form.
All cancellations must be requested in writing two weeks prior to the date of orientation to the Center for Student Development in order to receive a refund totaling the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration charge. Any requests received within two weeks of the date of Orientation or after the Orientation program has begun will not receive a refund.
