  • What is Orientation?
    • Orientation is a way for the student and their families to get to know the campus prior to the first day of classes.  Orientation sessions provide valuable student services and academic information critical for success and a strong first semester. Orientation covers degree planning, academic concerns, student support programs, housing and food services, commuter information, and more. Students will also receive the college catalog, student handbook and other essential information guides.

    • We encourage parents and families to attend orientation with their student. • What is Pre-Orientation?
    • Pre-Orientation is a program that is not required for all students. This is a date where students can come and take all of their placement tests. However, it is encouraged that students who are required to take placement tests or TSIA take those tests ahead of time. All students will receive information via their TWU e-mail regarding their placement testing requirements, if any.
