- What we do: The Building Maintenance division employs 21 positions and provides many essential services for the university including, but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, in-House renovation and remodeling, built-to-suit furniture, and a 2pm to 10pm technician to assist the university after regular business hours. Major electrical and plumbing infrastructures repair and sustenance are critical to university operations.
Landscape Services

- What we do: This division of FMC employs 26 positions and is responsible for the care and maintenance of the campus grounds. This group has the single greatest impact on campus ambience and is responsible for various duties such as maintaining athletic fields, performance and oversight of landscape construction projects, irrigation, tree trimming, pest control, street and road repair, sanding during inclement weather and providing greenery for special events such as Convocation and graduations from TWU’s own greenhouses.

Central Plant

- What we do: With 17 staff members and the oversight, monitoring, and management of all Central Plant utilities, building HVAC equipment, and automation control systems; this division is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the most massive and technically advanced equipment, system components, and utility infrastructures on campus. The university’s boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment services are critical to fostering a good learning and teaching environment.
Custodial Services

- What we do: This division of FMC employs 60 positions and is responsible for the cleaning and care of buildings and facilities on campus which include common spaces, lounges, offices, bathrooms, and classrooms. This division also cleans the exterior windows on the first floor of buildings, changes air conditioning filters, shampoos carpets and furniture, strips and waxes floors, and sets up for special events such as athletics and graduations.
