At the Dallas Center, technology services are provided by the Instructional Support Services (ISS) staff. ISS oversees all aspects of networking, computing, and related instructional technologies at the Parkland and Presbyterian campuses.

Our mission is to foster and advocate a service oriented environment which facilitates the use of technology as an innovative and empowering approach to learn, work, and educate.

Our Services

The members of our team are specialized to provide accurate and timely support of:

  • General access computer labs
  • Office computer systems
  • Classroom technology
  • Videoconferencing

In the computer labs, students have access to a full range of services, including:

  • Specialized software for their field of study
  • Onsite support personnel to answer technology questions

In addition, we serve the individual needs of faculty and staff by providing:

  • One-on-one software training
  • Consultations for incorporating technology into classroom and online experiences
  • Access to large-scale printing and a variety of multi-media tools
