Reservations for campus facilities are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each request must be submitted on the appropriate reservation form at least thirty days in advance.

**The Special Event Form is required for all events with 100 or more guests, where money is being exchanged, alcohol is being served, or if amplified sound is being used outdoors.
