TWU Board Room Guidelines
  • The appropriate facility reservation form must be submitted to Conference Services.
  • Use of the rooms is limited to faculty and staff meetings only. Student organizations and outside groups are not permitted to use the board rooms.
  • Meetings must take place between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Receptions, luncheons, and parties are not permitted. The board rooms are to be used as meeting rooms only.
  • If the furniture is moved, the reserving party is responsible for putting everything back in its original location.
  • If refreshments are being served, the reserving party is responsible for all trash and leftovers being removed from the room.

The following food and drink guidelines apply to ACT 16 in Denton

  • ARAMARK is the exclusive caterer of ACT 16.
  • If refreshments are being served, placemats must be used on the board room table (no linens).
  • Glasses are not permitted to sit directly on the table. A “sock” must sit under the glass to protect the table.
  • The buffet table must be skirted (table is 36” x 168”).
  • The small table (30” x 84”) must be skirted if refreshments are being provided.
  • Plated meals are prohibited.
