To provide superior customer service and strive for customer satisfaction in the aspects of event planning, coordination and delivery of services to Texas Woman's University students, faculty, staff, and local community.

To provide expertise in the area of event planning assisting with event logistics including meeting space, food and beverages, accommodations, recreation, and ancillary equipment.
