Panel of Speakers
Theme: Women in the Military- Introduction and welcome by Mayor Burroughs and Dr. Nicholas.

Panel Members consist of: Michelle Ferrell (MBA, TWU graduate, U.S. Air Force retiree), Kim Strachan (current TWU student, U.S. Marine Corp current reservist), and Kat (Yekaterina) Sokolova (current TWU student, U.S. Air Force).

Patriotic Activities
12:15-1:00 pm, Hubbard Oval

  • Make “Welcome Home” banners- Helping Hands
  • Join bootcamp workout led by former Marine Sergeant John Lowry- First 20 people receive a Free bootcamp t-shirt!
  • Check out the 2010 Census Bureau
  • Make care packages for troops- Kappa
  • Student Veteran's Association- making cards, distributing backpacks
  • Refreshments!
