Thank you for considering TWU for your educational needs.  The knowledgeable staff members of the Bursar/Cashier’s office on each campus are committed to helping you and your family to understand your financial responsibility to the University and assisting you with payment options that will facilitate the fulfillment of that responsibility.  We will help you understand your charges, explain how financial aid is applied to your bill, and inform you of available payment options that will ease the burden of paying for your education.

TWU offers a Payment Plan that makes budgeting easier for the Fall or Spring semester by dividing the charges in 4 payments.  Pay Onlineand/or enroll in the Payment Plan from the comfort of your home with MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover and Electronic Checks.  Awarded financial aid is applied directly to charges incurred for each semester.

TWU has contracted with Higher One, a third party vendor, for the disbursement of all university refunds (excess financial aid, dropped classes or any other reason that TWU might owe the student a refund) via the TWU Debit MasterCard/One Card or electronic transfer to an existing account.  The DEBIT card will be automatically issued to all new students upon the completion of their first registration for classes.  Look for the card in the mail, and follow the instructions provided to select your refund preference through the use of the card.  The selection of your refund preference is REQUIRED so don’t throw the card away.  The One Card FAQ will answer most related questions and you may visit https://twuone.higheroneaccount.com/ for more information.
