The TWU Science Fair is presented by the College of Arts and Sciences and the Chemistry and Biology departments. The Science Fair is an exciting community outreach event that provides a venue for showcasing young talent, hard work, creativity, and achievement in the scientific field. Students receive valuable feedback on their science projects and compete within their grades and age groups for trophy prizes. All students will be awarded ribbons for their efforts.

This event is open to all students in public, private, parochial, and home school students in grades K-9.

Application Deadline: April 3rd, 2015 at 5:00 pm


  • Entrance fee of $10 per student must be included with first two pages of the project form in order to be processed. Incomplete forms and unpaid submissions will not be processed. Fees are non-refundable.

  • Checks must be made payable to: Texas Woman's University. Please Note: A $30 fee will be charged for ALL RETURNED CHECKS Including electronic/web checks TWU processes all eligible returned checks through the Denton County District Attorney’s Hot Check Division. There will be an additional charge assessed by the Denton DA.

  • Online Payment is now available. Click this link to pay with a credit card.

  • Cash payment may be made in person to Anna Ryan (CFO 1213) or Rhonda Redfearn (CFO 1212) on the TWU Denton campus during the hours of 8 am - 12 pm or 1pm - 5pm on weekdays. The CFO building is the tall white building with black windows in the center of campus. Take the elevator to the 12th floor and our offices will be on the left.

  • Please be sure to submit all required paperwork in addition to your payment.

*All Morning Session projects must be picked up by 2:00 p.m.
