DENTON BENEFITS FAIR: The TWU Benefits fair will be held in Hubbard Hall from 10 AM to 2 PM. The Employees Retirement System (ERS) as well as our State Insurance Representatives will not be attending our 2015 Benefits Fair. The TWU Benefits Staff will be available to answer most state benefits questions and Voluntary Benefits vendors will be available to discuss their products.
Lunch will be provided at the Denton event for a limited number of attendees. To RSVP for lunch please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

HOUSTON: Benefits representatives will visit the Houston campus 10 AM to 2 PM. A presentation will take place at 11 AM to provide details of the ERS benefit changes as well as information on TWU Voluntary Benefits. This meeting will be held in Room 3111.

DALLAS: Benefits representatives will visit the Dallas Campus 10 AM to 2 PM. A presentation will take place at 11 AM to provide details of the ERS benefit changes as well as information on TWU Voluntary Benefits. This meeting will be held in Room 2707.
Additional ERS Fairs and Webinars will be available throughout the annual enrollment period for those who are unable to attend a campus event. Dates, login details and locations will be posted soon to the ERS Annual Enrollment website.
Annual Maximum contributions for a TexFlex Health Care Reimbursement Account will increase to $2550.
A new administrator for TexFlex has been announced by ERS. The new administrator is ADP and has a 4 year contract that begins September 1, 2015.
ERS has also announced a new formula for calculating faculty salary and premiums for Optional Life and Disability benefits effective 09/01/2015. The 9 month annual salary will now be divided by 12 months.
Starting September 1, 2015 KelseyCare powered by Community Health Choice will be available to eligible participants in the Houston area. This is administered bt Kelsey Care. Plan details can be found on the new KelseyCare webpage.
Health Select will have a combined out-of-pocket maximum for medical and pharmacy benefits effective January 1, 2016. As a result, pharmacy deductibles will now reset at the start of every calendar year rather than plan year.
