Insurance Program for Retirees: Upon retirement from the University, some employees shall be eligible to continue membership in the medical, dental and life insurance program.  In general employees who meet rule of 80, age, and years of service requirements can qualify for retiree health coverage provided that at leastt 10 years of your service was with an employer who particpated in the ERS group benefits program.

Flexible Spending Account: TexFlex is available to regular employees. Employees may elect to set aside specified dollar amounts for a specified plan year and receive reimbursement from that amount for health care expenses, not covered by insurance, or dependent care expenses. read more...
