We welcome Elementary & Middle School groups to Texas Woman’s University

We reserve Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the Fall and Spring semesters for just your age group!  Groups must be 40 students or less with a chaperone per every 10 students and requests must be made with at least 30 days notice.  

Your students can look forward to a:

  • Thirty-minute College 101 presentation with a TWU Admissions Counselor
  • One-hour campus tour with a Pioneer Ambassador 

Please wait to schedule your group with your school until we confirm your visit. The online form does NOT guarantee we can accommodate your request.

If you cannot meet the four week minimum advance scheduling, please call the Admissions Office at 940-898-3188 and we will see what we can do for your group. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

KEEP IN MIND:

  • This form does not guarantee your visit. Please wait for an email confirmation from the Group Visit Coordinator.
  • Lunch on campus is not available for Elementary & Middle School groups.
  • Visiting groups must be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors. We require one chaperone to every 10 students.
  • Responsibility for each group rests with designated adults, not TWU.
  • Visiting students must conduct themselves respectfully while on campus. Disruptive behavior is not permitted. TWU admissions staff and tour guides reserve the right to terminate a campus visit should disruptive behavior occur.
  • For your comfort, groups should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes for tours.
  • In the event a group must cancel and/or reschedule their appointment more than twice, their appointment will be moved to the next semester (i.e. from fall to spring, spring to fall)
