All new students seeking admission to TWU must submit:
- a completed ApplyTexas application form for Freshman students
- an application fee of $30.00
- official high school transcript
- official test score reports (if required)*
- other items, such as copy of Permanent Resident card (if needed)*

Graduate Checklist
All new graduate students seeking admission to TWU must submit the following to:

- An application fee of $30 ($50 for international students)
- Official transcript(s) from all schools attended, regardless of whether the credit will be transferred

International Checklist
All international students seeking admission to TWU must submit:
- A completed ApplyTexas application for International Freshman, Transfer, or Graduate students
- An application fee of $50
- Official transcripts or marksheets and certificates of graduation in original language and the English translation
- TOEFL score or exemption
- Other items, such as other test scores (if required)*
