General Guidelines

Students are encouraged to apply at any time.  However, to ensure timely processing and advising, we recommend applying 6-8 weeks before the beginning of classes. Please keep in mind that there are separate Scholarship and Financial Aid deadlines.

Freshman and Transfer Application Deadlines: College, School, or Program 

• Fall Semester

  
  
  • Nursing:  February 1 - Nursing Application Due (upper division)
  • Dental Hygiene:
    • December 1 - Complete TWU Application process
    • January 9 - Dental Hygiene Application Due

• Spring Semester

  
  
  • Nursing:  September 1 - Nursing Application Due (upper division)

For specific admissions information, contact the College of Nursing or the Dental Hygiene Program directly.

All support documents necessary for satisfying admissions requirements should be received before the application deadline in order to ensure a timely decision.

International Application Deadlines

A New International student's file MUST be immigration complete (Admission letter, Affidavit of Support, Financial Documents, and Passport) by:

• July 1st for admission to Fall Semester
• November 1st for admission to Spring Semester
• May 1st for admission to Summer Semesters
