 IT staff runs new course data printout; staff checks data entered, revise as needed

 March – early April

 IT sends revised/ completed data to THECB

 April- May

 

 1. Austin sends back any problematic entries: “Edit” report

2. Staff researches problems; revising as needed

3. IT resubmits corrected “Edit” report to THECB

 June

 THECB returns final report to TWU

 June

Undergraduate Studies staff send updated curriculum to departments; new courses go into effect in September

 August

 Course “deletions” are done as requested previous fall
