Jean Mankoff, MS
Director, Learning Technologies Support
Jean received a BS from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Double Major in Education and Physics. She earned an MS in Kinesiology and Computer Science from TWU. Her teaching experience covers K-12, corporate training as well as adjunct faculty in the Department of Computer Science. She is a Certified Blackboard System Administrator and a Certified Blackboard Instructor. As Director of Learning Technologies Support, her team supports Blackboard, and video production.
Heidi Collins, MS
Associate Director, Learning Technologies Support
Heidi received a MS from Arizona State University in Decision Information Systems and a BA from The University of Texas in Management Information Systems. She authored “Corporate Portals” and “Enterprise Knowledge Portals,” and has published numerous articles. As Associate Director of Learning Technologies Support, she plans, directs and coordinates training programs in learning technologies.
Vicky Johnson
Learning Management Systems Administrator
Vicky is a Certified Blackboard System Administrator as well as A+ certified. Vicky started at the IT Help Desk in 2003. Vicky has an Associate’s Degree in Business, and earned her BBA from TWU. She is currently pursuing a MS in Educational Technology.
Ivan Lee, MA
Senior Instructional Producer
Ivan came from Hong Kong to study in the Radio Television & Film Department at UNT in 1992 after a long career of TV camera, lighting and audio operations in Radio TV Hong Kong from 1979 to 1992. He received an MA from UNT in 1997 and started working for TWU in 1998. Ivan also teaches a basic TV/video production class at UNT’s RTVF department as an adjunct faculty.
Corin Walker, MS
Learning Technologist
Corin is a Certified Blackboard Instructor and provides training, support and documentation for Blackboard. She earned a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (Education) and an MS in Family Studies here at Texas Woman’s University.
Marli Creeach
Graphics Specialist II
Marli is a certified graphic designer from Sessions College of Professional Design. She provides graphic design services and large format printing production. Before coming to work at Texas Woman’s University, she owned a graphic and web design business for six years.
Alicia Roberson
Student Assistant
Alicia Roberson works as a student assistant for Learning Technologies Support. She is from Rowlett, Texas, and currently a senior at Texas Woman's University. She is studying Interdisciplinary Studies for ESL education, and plans to attend Graduate School for Educational Leadership. She has enjoyed being at TWU for all of her undergraduate career.
