How do I make my poster?
You can download a PowerPoint template below to get started.
How do I submit my poster?
Email your powerpoint or PDF to LTSgraphics@twu.edu with your department account number for billing.
When do I need to turn in my poster?
Please submit your poster within 1 week of desired pick up date. Turnaround times may be subject to the availability of staff and resources.
The Student Creative Arts & Research Symposium poster deadline is two weeks before the Symposium Event.
Specific fees and turn-around time vary for individual projects depending upon materials and complexity. Copyright law and guidelines will be observed.
What about Symposium?
If you have been accepted to present at the Student Creative Arts & Research Symposium, please note in your email that it is for the Student Creative Arts & Research Symposium so that an account number will not be required. (See information about Symposium Poster Presentations.) The print-ready poster file should be submitted to LTSGraphics@twu.edu by Monday, March 30, 2015.
Because the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs does not cover poster printing for the Federation Graduate Student Research Symposium, your department would need to provide an account number to bill these poster prints..
